User agreement

1.1. Once you have purchased our Software, you automatically agree to this agreement.

1.2. Refunds are possible only under one condition - if the software does not work solely because of its authors and not because of the peculiarities of the user's hardware/software/OS. Also, the Software is not refundable if technical/preventive work is carried out. When refunding, a commission of 5% of the full amount of the purchased subscription will be charged.

1.3. The user is prohibited to disclose/transmit/sell his account login data, subscription in any form. The user is also prohibited to transfer/publish/sell the client (loader) to third parties.

1.4. The user is obliged to inform the authors of the software about critical vulnerabilities; failure to disclose such vulnerabilities is a breach of the agreement. The user is also forbidden to use reverse engineering software when running our software.

1.5. The user is forbidden to insult the project administration in any way.

1.6. Users are not allowed to defame the project or its administration in any way.

1.7. The user is prohibited to present himself as a part of the project administration if he is not.

1.8. The user is forbidden to mislead other users/administration.

1.9. Administration does not bear any responsibility for blocked accounts (for any type of blocking).

1.10. The administration has the right to refuse the user in the service without any reason (in case of purchased subscription - to make a refund (see 1.2)).

If the paragraph(s) of the agreement is violated, the administration has the right to refuse service and block the account, subscription of the user at its discretion. Also, the administration has the right to change the above agreement at any time without notice to the user. Ignorance of the above agreement does not release from responsibility.
